Details:We recognize that pets are part of the family; two pets per apartment home are welcome. There is a $350 pet deposit and a $25-$40 monthly pet rent per pet. We accept indoor cats and dogs under 35 lbs. We are pet friendly however; we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
